If you get a call from client saying that he/she cant print from any applications on citrix server and when he/she presses print icon application gets locked or hangs it means print spooler needs to be restarted on (NDSVM) citrix server. Try restarting cpsvc.exe and spoolsv.exe, in case you get an error message that cpsvc.exe cant be stopped please use killtask command from cmd to force these services to be stopped and then restart them. Problem should get resolved.
Run command line from your machine. Example: taskkill /s imwmnys158ts /F /IM cpsvc.exe

Outlook Error Message
Have you ever had problems printing daily shared calendar and got an error message
"The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists restart Outlook".
This error might occur if you have delegate rights to someone's Calendar but not to their Tasks and you are trying to print their calendar using Daily Style which includes printing task pad. This problem can be resolved by modifying the Print style to exclude task items.
If you go to File--Print--Define Styles. Highlight Daily Style and click on the Edit button then uncheck the Include TaskPad option and click OK. You will be able to print daily calendar after this.
Another way to get it fixed is to ask calendar owner to include permissions for Tasks.

Customized Quick Access Toolbar in Office 2007
The Problem: User receives a new machine and loses customized MS Office 2007 Quick Access Toolbars (the user only has default options Save, Undo, Redo).
When you first customize your quick access toolbar in Word, Excel, or other Office 2007 apps, it saves this information locally on your XP machine or NDS server in a file called Word.qat, Excel.qat, etc. This files are located here:
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Office
The files are not created until you actually customize the toolbar. When you connect to a different machine or get a new machine, you don’t actually retain these settings because these .qat files are stored under the local settings of your local profile, they are never uploaded to the roaming server profile.
In theory, settings like this should be saved to roaming profile or z: drive.
